Strikes and Lock. Outs‌ There shall be no strikes, work slow downs or lock-outs so long as this Agreement is in effect.
Strikes and Lock. In view of the arrangements provided by this Agreement for disposition of any grievance as herein provided, the Company agrees that there will be no lock-out of employees and Union agrees there will be no strike, slow-down, sit-down, or other action which interferes with work or operations, or picketing of any or form whatsoever, however peaceful.

Strikes and Lock. OUTS It is agreed that no employee will call, sanction, encourage or participate in any strike, sit down, slow down, employee demonstration, or any other organized or concerted interference with work during the term of this Agreement. Any employee causing or taking part in any action contrary to the provisions of this Section shall be subject to disciplinary action, including discharge at the discretionof the Company. The Union agrees that if any such action should be taken by the employees it will instruct them to carry out the provisions of this Agreement and 'return to or resume their duties in their usual manner. The Company agrees that it will not cause or direct any lock-outof employeesduring the term of this Agreement.

  • STRIKES AND LOCKOUTS The Union agrees during the term of this Agreement there will be no slowdown or strike, stoppage of work or refusal to work or to continue to work. The Employer agrees that during the term of this Agreement there will be no lockout.

  • STRIKE AND LOCKOUT During the term of this Agreement there shall be no lockout by the Company, and no strike, stoppage of work, or slow-down, either partial or general, authorized by the Union.

  • STRIKES AND LOCK-OUTS The Contractor shall forthwith notify the Engineer of the commencing of any strike or lock-out and the Engineer on account of any delay caused thereby may, after consultation with the Employer, grant such extension of time as he considers reasonable without prejudice to the right of the Employer to exercise after the expiration of such reasonable extension of time the rights and powers under these Conditions in case of default by the Contractor.

  • Keys and Locks Landlord will furnish Tenant, free of charge, two keys to each door or lock in the Premises. Landlord may make a reasonable charge for any additional or replacement keys. Tenant will not duplicate any keys, alter any locks or install any new or additional lock or bolt on any door of its Premises or on any other part of the Building without the prior written consent of Landlord and, in any event, Tenant will provide Landlord with a key for any such lock. On the termination of the Lease, Tenant will deliver to Landlord all keys to any locks or doors in the Building which have been obtained by Tenant.

  • UNDERGROUND LOCATIONS Prior to the Company commencing any work the Customer must advise the Company of the precise location of all underground services on the site and clearly xxxx the location. The underground mains and services the Customer must identify include, but are not limited to, telephone cables, fibre optic cables, electrical services, gas services, sewer services, pumping services, sewer connections, sewer sludge mains, water mains, irrigations pipes, oil pumping mains and any other services that may be on site. Whilst the Company will take all care to avoid damage to any underground services the Customer agrees to indemnify the Company in respect of all any liability claims, loss, damage, cost and fines as a result of damage to services not precisely located and notified pursuant to this clause.

  • NO STRIKES AND NO LOCKOUTS 5:01 The Employer undertakes that there will be no lockout as defined in the Labour Relations Act during the term of this Agreement. The Union undertakes that there will be no strike as defined in the Labour Relations Act during the term of this Agreement.

  • Meals and Lodging Meals and lodging expenses shall be paid in accordance with the Financial Policy and Procedures issued by the Administrative Office of the Courts.

  • Duties and Location Executive shall perform such duties as are customarily associated with the position of CEO and such other duties as are assigned to Executive by the Board. Executive’s primary office location shall be the Company’s headquarters located in San Diego, California. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Company reserves the right to (a) reasonably require Executive to perform Executive’s duties at places other than Executive’s primary office location from time to time and to require reasonable business travel, and (b) modify Executive’s job title and duties as it deems necessary and appropriate in light of the Company’s needs and interests from time to time.

  • Ownership and Location of Metering Equipment The Metering Equipment to be constructed, the capability of the Metering Equipment to be constructed, and the ownership thereof, are identified on the attached Schedule C to this ISA.
