STRIKES AND SANCTIONS. 7.01 The Association and the Board subscribe to the principle that differences shall be resolved by peaceful and appropriate means, and agreement shall result from negotiating in good faith without interruption of the entire school program. The Association therefore agrees that it will not instigate, cause, authorize or support any strike, work stoppage, sanction "work to rule", "contract stacking", or other concerted refusal to perform work by the Association. 7.02 The Board shall not engage in any form of lockout against bargaining unit members.
