Common use of Stripe Issuing Accountholder Terms Clause in Contracts

Stripe Issuing Accountholder Terms. You must (a) present the Stripe Issuing Accountholder Terms to each Connected Account before that Connected Account submits its accountholder application; and

You must not modify or supplement any provision of the Stripe Issuing Accountholder Terms without Stripe’s prior approval.

You must (ai) present the Stripe Issuing Accountholder Terms and applicable Issuing Bank Terms to each Connected Account before that Connected Account submits its accountholder application; andand (ii) ensure that each Connected Account agrees to the Stripe Issuing Accountholder Terms and applicable Issuing Bank Terms.
