Structural or System Overloading. Lessee shall not construct or operate the System nor appurtenant facilities or utilities in a manner that will overload the capacity of any structural, roof load, snow load, wind tolerance, electrical, or other capability of the Site, the System Premises or any facility or utility serving the same.
