Maintenance of Site. Design-Builder shall keep the Site reasonably free from debris, trash and construction wastes to permit Design-Builder to perform its construction services efficiently, safely and without interfering with the use of adjacent land areas. Upon Substantial Completion of the Work Design-Builder shall remove all debris, trash, construction wastes, materials, equipment, machinery and tools arising from the Work to permit Owner to occupy the Project for its intended use.

Maintenance of Site. Contractor shall at all times keep the Site reasonably free from debris, waste, rubbish and Hazardous Material (other than Pre-Existing Contamination), relating to its Work, including clearance of the Site and removal of obstructions for starting the Work. Contractor shall take reasonable steps to maintain the Site in a neat and orderly condition throughout the performance of the Work. Contractor shall employ sufficient personnel to clean its office and Owner’s office at the Site and work areas each working day and shall cooperate with the other Persons working at the Site to keep the Site clean. Subject to Section 3.8 and Section 26 with respect to Hazardous Materials, Contractor shall dispose of any such debris, waste and rubbish on the Site in accordance with Applicable Law, and Prudent Utility Practice. Contractor shall provide for the procurement of or disposal of, as necessary, all soil, gravel and similar materials required for the performance of or otherwise in connection with the Work. Owner shall be conducting other activities on the Site that may require additional coordination and safety precautions on the part of the Contractor. The Contractor shall cooperate and coordinate with, and not interfere with or obstruct, other contractors and/or plant operations and maintenance activities at the Site.
Maintenance of Site. Keep the Site free on a daily basis from accumulation of waste materials, rubbish, and other debris resulting from performance of the Work by depositing same in waste receptacles furnished by Design-Builder, which receptacles shall be removed and replaced on an as-needed basis. Design-Builder shall make special provisions, in accordance with applicable Governmental Rules, for storing and removing any Hazardous Materials waste generated during construction. Within thirty (30) days after the date of Substantial Completion, Design-Builder shall remove from the Site, in conformity with applicable Governmental Rules, all such waste materials, rubbish and other debris, as well as all tools, construction equipment and materials, machinery and surplus material (other than surplus material acquired by Owner and other than materials, tools and construction equipment necessary to complete Punchlist items). Before Final Completion, after completion of the Punchlist items, Design-Builder shall remove all remaining waste and rubbish generated during performance of Punchlist work, and all remaining materials, tools and construction equipment, and leave the Site in neat, clean and usable condition. If Design-Builder fails to clean up as provided herein, and after reasonable notice from Owner, Owner may do so and the cost thereof shall be charged to Design-Builder.

(b) Lessee shall maintain its equipment in accordance with standards of good engineering practice to assure that it conforms with the site standards in Exhibit A and shall at the conclusion of a Schedule surrender possession of the leased premises to Lessor in the same condition they were at the commencement of the Schedule, ordinary wear and tear excepted.
Maintenance of Site. The Tenant further covenants at its expense throughout the Term of this Lease: (a) to keep sidewalks in, on or adjoining the Retail Component in a clean and orderly condition, free of accumulation of dirt, rubbish, ice or snow; and (b) to maintain the Retail Component, including the exterior of the Retail Component Building, in accordance with the Standard.

Upon Mechanical Completion of the Work, Xxxxx shall remove all debris, trash, construction wastes, materials, equipment, machinery and tools arising from the Work to permit Owner to occupy the Plant for its intended use (provided however, that Xxxxx may keep such materials, equipment, machinery, and tools on Site through Final Completion as are necessary to complete the Punch List).

Maintenance of Site. Supplier will confine the Services to areas permitted by law, ordinances, permits and the Construction Documents and will not unreasonably encumber the Site with materials or equipment. Supplier will keep the Site and surrounding area free from accumulation of waste materials or rubbish and will remove all waste materials, rubbish and any combustibles on a daily basis. Upon completion of the Service, Supplier will remove all waste materials, rubbish, Supplier's tools, construction equipment, machinery and surplus materials from the Site. If Supplier fails to clean up the Site as required in this subsection, CenturyLink may do so or hire another contractor to do so an bill Supplier for the cost of cleanup.

(b) Lessee shall maintain its equipment in accordance with standards of good engineering practice to assure that it conforms with the site standards identified in Exhibit A which standards are attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, and shall surrender possession of the Leased Premises to Lessor in the same condition they were at the commencement of this Lease, ordinary wear, tear and Casualty excepted. Lessee shall place at the Leased Premises such signs as may be required by applicable federal, state, or local law with respect to Lessee's equipment. (c) All radio frequency emission ("RFE") analyses whether conducted by Lessor or Lessee will comply with guidelines and procedures for evaluating environmental effects of RF emissions on or from the applicable Site, in strict compliance with FCC OET Bulletin 65, entitled Evaluating Compliance with FCC Guidelines for Human Exposure to Radio frequency Electromagnetic Fields, Edition 97-01, released August 1997 ("OET Bulletin
Maintenance of Site. Participant agrees for itself and its successors in interest to the Site, to maintain the improvements on the Site in conformity with the City Municipal Code and the conditions set forth in the CC&Rs, and shall keep the Site free from any accumulation of debris or waste materials. During such period, the Participant shall also maintain the landscaping planted on the Site in a healthy condition.
