Structural Peer Reviewer. Judicial Council will appoint a structural Peer Reviewer for the Project. Design Build Entity shall interact and cooperate with the appointed structural Peer Reviewer at the beginning of the Design Work, as required by Judicial Council, and continuing at regular intervals. Structural Peer Review comments made during any portion of the Design Work shall be resolved before the start of the next component of the Design Work (e.g., comments received during Schematic Design must be resolved prior to the start of Design Development), and all comments shall be resolved before the start of any Construction Work utilizing those specific structural Drawings and Specifications.
