Common use of STRUCTURE AND SCOPE Clause in Contracts

STRUCTURE AND SCOPE. 1.1 The contract between BT and the Supplier comprises the following documents (the “Contract”): 1.1.1 these General Conditions; 1.1.2 the Purchase Order; and 1.1.3 any Supplier’s standard terms attached to, enclosed with, or referred to in the Contract. If there is any conflict or inconsistency in or between any parts of the Contract, the order of precedence of these documents will be in the order listed above. 1.2 Unless expressly stated otherwise, nothing in the Contract will be construed as requiring BT to give the Supplier any rights of exclusivity or preferred supplier status.
