The present Contract is composed of a first part containing the General Conditions and of a second part containing the Specific Conditions for the Services, supplemented by any annexes. The Parties shall ensure that the proper performance of this Contract is always based on the existence and proper performance of the requisite contractual agreements, if any, with third parties involved.
