Common use of Structure Warranty Clause in Contracts

Structure Warranty. Mohawk hereby warrants to the Buyer of Mohawk engineered and longstrip wood flooring products that, under normal use, the plies will not separate for as long as the Buyer owns the home. Mohawk will, at its option, repair or replace any defective planks at no cost to the Buyer.
