STRUCTURES AND EQUIPMENT. Subject to the approval of the Architect of the Capitol, the sponsor may erect upon the Capitol Grounds such stage, sound amplification devices, and other related structures and equipment as may be required for the event author- ized by section 1.

STRUCTURES AND EQUIPMENT. All holes below the surrounding grade, created by the removal of structures or equipment, shall be filled and contoured with clean imported gravel or clean crushed concrete (see definitions below). “Grade” is defined as the surface immediately adjacent to the structure or equipment that can reasonably be driven upon from the current adjacent surface. STRUCTURES AND EQUIPMENT. The Lessee shall have the right, during the Term of the Lease, to erect such structures and to provide such equipment upon the premises as may be necessary to furnish the facilities and services authorized. Those structures and equipment shall be and remain the property of the Lessee, except as otherwise provided in the Condition on RESTORATION. However, no structures may be erected or altered upon the premises unless and until the type of use, design, and proposed location or alteration thereof shall have been approved in writing by the District Engineer. No construction at or above 60’ above ground level will be made without prior written approval by Lessor. All plans, designs and construction shall incorporate all safety and force protection measures required by the Lessor. The District Engineer may require the Lessee, upon the completion of each of the proposed developments to furnish complete "as built" construction plans for all facilities.

  • Fixtures and Equipment Each of the Company and its Subsidiaries (as applicable) has good title to, or a valid leasehold interest in, the tangible personal property, equipment, improvements, fixtures, and other personal property and appurtenances that are used by the Company or its Subsidiary in connection with the conduct of its business (the “Fixtures and Equipment”). The Fixtures and Equipment are structurally sound, are in good operating condition and repair, are adequate for the uses to which they are being put, are not in need of maintenance or repairs except for ordinary, routine maintenance and repairs and are sufficient for the conduct of the Company’s and/or its Subsidiaries’ businesses (as applicable) in the manner as conducted prior to the Closing. Each of the Company and its Subsidiaries owns all of its Fixtures and Equipment free and clear of all Liens except for (a) liens for current taxes not yet due and (b) zoning laws and other land use restrictions that do not impair the present or anticipated use of the property subject thereto.
