Media Rights. 9.1 The Team undertakes on behalf of itself, each Team Member and any other persons associated with the Team that it and they hereby consent in perpetuity and on a royalty-free basis throughout the Territory to:

Media Rights. The TDC shall have the right under this agreement to broadcast or rebroadcast, for any purpose whatsoever, radio, television, sound, video or film production, and still photographs, paid by the TDC and County, and produced by the TDC agencies of record.
Media Rights. 1.1 The Commission grants the Association the right to film, photograph or record any Event organised and operated on Commission Land and to license to any third party (including a Registered Club), with the prior approval of the Commission (which will not be unreasonably withheld), the right to do so under and subject to compliance by such third party with the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement PROVIDED ALWAYS that the material filmed, photographed or recorded pursuant to this Agreement may not be broadcast live and may be exploited only within:
Media Rights. The Commission hereby grants the Union the media rights set out in Part 5 of Schedule 1.
Media Rights. TEAM retains all Media Rights related to the story of its participation in the CHALLENGE. TEAM agrees that CAFE will retain all Media Rights related to the story and conduct of the CHALLENGE. Each TEAM MEMBER agrees to let CAFE use the name and likeness of such TEAM MEMBER (without charge) as may be reasonably required in connection with the media material prepared and distributed by CAFE relating in any way to the CHALLENGE. TEAM agrees to provide CAFE reasonable amounts of video footage or access for recording activities related to participation of TEAM in the CHALLENGE and the right to use said footage for public affairs and/or educational purposes. CAFE is granted the right to furnish said footage and the right to use said footage to FUNDERS. TEAM agrees that its failure to furnish video footage or access for recording purposes based on CAFE's reasonable requests may result in TEAM's removal from participation in the CHALLENGE.
Media Rights. FIS has awarded to Infront the exclusive licence to exploit any and all Media Rights to the FIS Championships during the Term and within the Territory and with the right to sub-license the Media Rights without restrictions to any third party. "Media Rights" shall be understood in the widest sense of the term as it may be used from time to time including any and all audio-visual broadcast and exploitation rights related to the FIS Championships. Such rights include without limitation the following exclusive rights:
Media Rights. Merchant agrees to allow Northwest Folklife, Seattle Center and the City of Seattle to photograph or record Merchant’s activities and permits use of such photographs or recordings for promotional and fundraising purposes. All media access and relations will be coordinated through Northwest Folklife prior to and during the Northwest Folklife Festival.
Media Rights. The Local Authority acknowledges that LOCOG and/or the IOC own all of the rights to commercially exploit all audio visual, photographic and audio rights for the Relay by all means and in any and all media together with all marketing and accompanying rights. The Local Authority shall provide LOCOG, and/or any third parties appointed by LOCOG, with such access to the Route as may reasonably be required for the purpose of producing footage, photographs or other material of the Relay. The Local Authority acknowledges and agrees that it shall not be entitled to any royalty or other fee in relation to the creation, use or exploitation of such footage, photographs or other material.
