Structures of the Shareholders and Share Capital. 1. The Subconcessionaire must submit to the government and to the Concessionaire in December of each year document with the latest information of its shareholders’ structure and the structure of the share capital of a legal person, especially a company, owning 5% or more of the share capital of the subconcessionaire, the share capital of a legal person owning 5% or more of the share capital of such legal person, and so on up to the share capital of a natural person or legal person that is an ultimate shareholder, save that this paragraph shall not apply to a listed company’s shares that are traded on a stock market, or it must submit a statement evidencing that there is no change in the structure of such shareholders or the share capital.
