Structures with Particular Requirements. The Operating Company shall advise the Director of any deficiencies and or discrepancies found in these documents and shall submit proposals for resolving such deficiencies and or discrepancies including the preparation of operations and maintenance manuals necessary for the safe inspection and maintenance Operations set out in Schedule 2 Scope, Section 4 Inspection & Maintenance β Structures no later than six (6) months after the Commencement of Service Date. Subject to an Order the Director may instruct the Operating Company to implement the proposals for resolving any deficiencies and or discrepancies including the preparation of operation and maintenance manuals.
