Computer Requirements. You are responsible for obtaining, installing, maintaining and operating all software, hardware, or other equipment necessary (collectively, “Access Device Systems”) necessary for you to access and use the Service. This responsibility includes, without limitation, your utilizing up to date web-browsers and Access Devices and the best commercially available encryption, antivirus, anti-spyware, and Internet security software. You are additionally responsible for obtaining Internet service via an Internet service provider of your choice, for any and all fees imposed by such Internet service provider, and any associated communications service provider charges. You acknowledge that there are certain security, corruption, transmission error and access availability risks associated with using open networks such as the Internet and you hereby expressly assume such risk, including, but not limited to those we may disclose in our educational materials. You acknowledge that you are responsible for data security of the Systems used to access the Service, and for the transmission and receipt of information using such System. You acknowledge that you have requested the Service for your convenience, have made your own independent assessment of the adequacy of the Internet and Systems and that you are satisfied with that assessment. The Bank shall have no responsibility for failures, interruption or other defects in the Services, which arise from the malfunction or failure of the Internet or your Systems nor are we responsible for notifying you of any upgrades, fixes, or enhancements to, or for providing technical or other support for your Systems. The Bank may add to, modify, or replace software programs used in conjunction with providing the Services under this Agreement at its sole discretion and without notice, provided Services rendered to you are not substantially negatively affected or obligations altered.

You are responsible for the installation, maintenance and operation of the Computer. Your Internet or other web browser software must support a minimum 128-bit SSL encryption or other security measures as we may specify from time to time. We are not responsible for any errors or failures caused by any malfunction of the Computer, and we are not responsible for any virus or related problems that may be associated with the use of the Service, the Computer or other Internet access, including but not limited to any virus, trojan horse, worm, keystroke logger, rootkit, spyware, dishonest adware, crimeware and other malicious and unwanted software or related problems that may be associated with access to or use of the Service or the Computer. We recommend that you routinely scan the Computer using reliable virus protection products, and to remove any viruses found using such products. You are responsible for all Internet service provider, telephone and other similar charges incurred in connecting to the Service. From time to time, we may require that you upgrade or install software to the Computer to ensure the proper operation of the Service. You agree to promptly load any such upgrades or additional installations upon our notice to you.

For certain Business Online Banking Services, Member will need to provide at Member’s own expense, a computer, software and necessary telephone lines, Internet or other connections and equipment as needed to access the Services (collectively, the “Computer”). Member’s Internet or other web browser software must support a minimum 128-bit SSL encryption or other security measures as Navigant may specify from time to time. Member agrees to use a Computer and security measures as Navigant may specify from time to time, and to use commercially reasonable efforts to proactively monitor, investigate and implement such additional security measures as a reasonably prudent user of services similar to the Services described herein would under the circumstances. Member’s browser must be one that is compatible with the Services for optimal performance. Member is responsible for the installation, maintenance and operation of the Computer and all related charges. Member agrees to ensure that any future supported upgrades to the Computer, including but not limited to operating system upgrades, security patches and related updates, will be loaded and operational at all times. Member is responsible for installing and maintaining appropriate and current virus protection software on the Computer. Navigant is not responsible for any errors, failures or unauthorized access to or use of the Services caused by any malfunction of the Computer or any Computer malware, including but not limited to any virus, trojan horse, worm, keystroke logger, rootkit, spyware, dishonest adware, crimeware and other malicious and unwanted software or related problems that may be associated with access to or use of the Services or the Computer. Navigant also is not responsible for any losses or delays in transmission of information Member provides to Navigant or otherwise arising out of or incurred in connection with the use of any Internet or other service provider providing Member’s connection to the Internet or any browser software.
Computer Requirements. Section 1. Based upon funding, and at the sole discretion of the Recipient, the Agency may be provided with the appropriate number of licenses for authorized registered users allowing access to the Recipient approved electronic data management system (“EDMS”) database which is the official repository of data related to the Xxxx Xxxxx Part A program. Should such funding be exhausted or otherwise limited to prevent or otherwise limit the number of user identifications to be provided, the Recipient shall determine, in its sole discretion, the number of user identifications provided to the Agency who shall maintain accurate documentation relating to such user identifications. The Agency shall sign Recipient’s tracking forms for all user identifications received.
Computer Requirements. You will need a computer, related equipment, Internet access, and an e-mail address in order to use OnLine Banking (referred to collectively as your “Computer”). You are responsible for the installation, maintenance, and operation of your Computer. The Bank is not responsible for any errors or failures from any malfunctions of your Computer, and the Bank is not responsible for any computer virus or related problems that may be associated with the use of an online system. Also, your software may include certain functions and features that are not associated with or the responsibility of the Bank.
Computer Requirements. The following conditions must be fulfilled for the system to function properly and effectively: General Instructions • It is recommended to use the most recent version of your internet browser, fully updated and/or patched. • After logging-in the online banking system, it is advisable not to use the REFRESH (RELOAD) and STOP keys, and not to use the BACK key to move to pages other than those used by the system (secure environment - https). For reasons of security and in order to provide better service to our clients, there is a 15- minute limit to complete transactions ("Process Timeout"). After the expiration of the 15- minutes the client is automatically disconnected from the system. United Security Bank maintains a high level of security commensurate with today’s security requirements. Thus, in every transaction performed, the messages exchanged between the client and the Bank's Web Server are encrypted. Beyond encryption, subscribers use multifactor authentication to log-in, while the Bank also uses additional security systems (Firewall) which control and record each user's access to its systems.
Computer Requirements. I agree that each Computer will need to meet certain minimum hardware and software requirements that will be specified for the HSD Service, and that such requirements may be changed from time to time by Connections or my ISP or OLP.

The Bank is not responsible for any errors or failures from any malfunction of your Computer or your software. The Bank is not responsible for any Computer virus related problems that may be associated with the use of the Ebanking system. The Bank shall have no liability to you for any damage or other loss, direct or consequential, which you may suffer or incur by reason of your use of your Computer or your software. THE BANK MAKES NO WARRANTY TO YOU REGARDING YOUR COMPUTER OR YOUR SOFTWARE, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTIBILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Computer Requirements. Web site security consists of AES 128-bit encryption, on a TLS 1.2 connection, using DHE RSA as the key exchange mechanism, well above standard security minimums. All Digital Banking functions are only accessible via a logon process, involving a user identification, password and enhanced out of band multi-factor authentication. All transactions, performed in Account Access or Xxxx Pay, are secured with multiple layers of encryption, firewalls, screening and filter routers. The security measures used will meet or exceed industry standards in protecting the confidentiality and safety of all member and non- member transactions and/or communications. Workers Credit Union requires that third-party vendors employ commercially viable standards of privacy and security protection available to minimize risks to both the Credit Union and its members. In this agreement, the device and software used to view the World Wide Web are collectively referred to as your “computer”. You are solely responsible for the selection, installation, maintenance, operation, and cost of your computer and ISP (Internet Service Provider). Your electronic statements will be made available online in a portable document format (PDF) file. Accordingly, you will need to have Adobe® Acrobat® Reader® or compatible software installed on your computer in addition to your normal Internet browser software in order for you to access, view or print your electronic statements and checks. Bank recommends that Customer routinely scan the Computer using reliable virus protection products, and to remove any viruses found using such products. Customer is responsible for all Internet service provider, telephone and other similar charges incurred in connecting to the Services. From time to time, Bank may require that Customer upgrades or installs software to the Computer to ensure the proper operation of the Services.
