Common use of Student Demographics Clause in Contracts

Student Demographics. The Governing Authority shall annually assess and compare the School’s student demographic data with those of the community it serves and determine whether there are any significant disparities between the two as to race, ethnicity, gender, socio-economic status, participation in special education, limited English proficiency/English Language Learner status, homelessness, and Cleveland residency. Where there is a significant disparity, the Governing Authority shall submit to the Sponsor a brief explanation for the disparity and any measures the School employs or plans to employ to address it.
