District Policies. The Association shall be provided with three (3) copies of the current District Board Policy Manual. New or revised policies will be submitted to the Association within ten (10) school days of adoption.

District Policies. The District agrees that for the duration of the contract, it will not unilaterally modify present District policy provisions that are within the scope of representation as provided in Government Code Section 3543.2, Section 2.4 notwithstanding.
District Policies. Individual Judicial Districts, who do not have a current reassignment policy, shall develop a policy for the reassignment of Official Court Reporters in accordance with this Article. Such policies may include, but not be limited to, notice requirement for Official Court Reporters to be informed of reassignment(s) and mileage limitations. The District Labor- Management Committee is the appropriate venue for such policy discussions with Official Court Reporters.

This means that any use by a student of an iPad will be subject to discipline as if the activities had occurred during school hours on school grounds, regardless of whether the conduct occurs off-campus and/or on the student’s free time. The District reserves its right to block application functionality, implement security measures, change device settings, or take any other administrative or security steps, as deemed necessary in the District’s sole discretion. Any attempt to modify the iPad or its equipment including, but not limited to, changing Internet access settings will be construed as a violation of the District’s Acceptable Use of Technology policy.
District Policies. This Agreement shall modify, replace, or add to any policies, rules, regulations, procedures or practices of the District, which shall be contrary to or inconsistent with its terms. The provisions of this Agreement shall be incorporated into and become a part of the rules and regulations, practices and procedures, which are consistent with this Agreement.
