STUDENT DIRECTORY INFORMATION. Upon enrolling in the P-TECH, each student’s directory information (defined by the College, pursuant to FERPA, to exclude student addresses) will become part of the College’s student directory information as that term is defined by FERPA, and each student’s directory information will remain subject to the Texas Public Information Act.
