Student Excursions. The Contracting Parties agree to promote student excursions under the provision that these excursions carry credit points and 1) serve a scientific/artistic purpose and make use of a specific part of the infra- structure of the host country; or 2) serve a scientific/artistic purpose and are jointly organized.
