Common use of Student Fees and Instructional Materials Clause in Contracts

Student Fees and Instructional Materials. a. High school students enrolled in a Dual Enrollment course, offered as part of this AGREEMENT, shall not be assessed any fee that is prohibited by Section 49011 of the California Education Code. AB 288 Sec. 2, EC § 76004(f) The total cost of textbooks and other instructional materials for Dual Enrollment courses shall be specified in Appendix (A) of this AGREEMENT. The SCHOOL DISTRICT shall assume responsibility for the cost of all instructional materials. The XXXXXXX DISTRICT will also ensure that textbooks and other instructional materials assigned for any given course offered under this AGREEMENT are maintained for at least two (2) years unless otherwise indicated.
