Student Loan Agreements; Charge-off Policy. Except as otherwise permitted in the Sale and Servicing Agreement, the Issuer, the Master Servicer and the Seller and the Depositor shall not alter or amend any Student Loan, their respective collection policies or their respective charge-off policies in a manner that materially adversely affects the Insurer unless the Insurer shall have previously given its consent, which consent shall not be withheld unreasonably.
