If the student’s GPA at the end of a particular four- week session is lower than the minimum 2.0 (or “C” grade), the student will meet with the Academic Director to discuss and then sign a Learning Plan, enumerating what the student needs to accomplish in order to reach and maintain SAP. Such a student might also be required to repeat the session where SAP was not maintained.
