Common use of Student Testing Clause in Contracts

Student Testing. The District will not release to the public an Instructional Employee's name or classroom number in regard to test scores, the results of any test averages, or placements unless the state mandates the District to do so. Test results may be used with individual Instructional Employees and their Principals to discuss areas of needed improvement and for in-service. During in-service, no individual Instructional Employees' names shall be referenced. Any Instructional Employee assigned to monitor or ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ a level of the state mandated test or off- grade test will be given a written explanation of the rules governing the administration of the test and the possible consequences, including loss of employment, that may result from non-compliance.
