Common use of Student’s Payment Obligation Clause in Contracts

Student’s Payment Obligation. Student acknowledges that different Department facilities have different rental rates. The amount of rent a Student will be obligated to pay will depend on the Space assigned to Student. Student acknowledges that he/she will be bound by the Agreement and any change in rates, fees, or other financial obligation.

A rate schedule reflecting the current rental rates associated with the Residence Halls is available on the Department’s website. The rates set forth in the schedule are subject to change. Student acknowledges that he/she will be bound by the this Agreement and any change in rates, fees, or other financial obligation.

The amount of rent a the Student will be obligated to pay will depend on the Space assigned to the Student, and Student’s rental amounts will not be known until such assignment is made. Rental rates can be found at the Housing and Residence Education webpage. The rates are subject to change. Student acknowledges that he/she will be bound by this Agreement so long as any increase in the Agreement and any change rental rate associated with Student’s assigned Space prior to Student’s occupancy is in rates, fees, or other financial obligationaccordance with this Agreement.
