STUDENT’S RIGHT TO CANCEL. You have the right to cancel or withdraw and receive a refund of 100% of the amount paid for institutional charges, less the STRF of $2.50 per $1000, and a reasonable deposit or application fee not to exceed $250, through attendance at the first class session, or the seventh day after enrollment, whichever is later, if notice of cancellation is received on or before the right to cancel date.
