Studio Location. For a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from --------------- and after the Closing Date, Buyer shall be entitled to use the existing studios located at 0000 Xxxxx Xxxx (the "Existing Studios") in common with the FCC licensee of WNCX-FM. During such period, Buyer shall pay to the FCC licensee of WNCX-FM Buyer's proportionate share of the rent and customary pass-throughs of costs or expenses incurred in relation to the Existing Studios, and shall cooperate with Seller and the FCC licensee of WNCX-FM in the sharing of the Existing Studios.
Studio Location. Licensee shall maintain a main studio capable of providing a broadcast quality signal to the Station's transmission facility, such main studio to be located in compliance with applicable Commission regulations.
Studio Location. Licensee shall maintain a main studio (“Main Studio”) capable of providing a broadcast quality signal to the Station’s transmission facility and located in accordance with the rules and regulations of the FCC.
