Station Facilities. Subject to the qualifications set forth in this Agreement, throughout the term of this Agreement, Licensee shall make the facilities and equipment of the Stations in good operating condition and repair available to Broker for operation and broadcast with the maximum authorized facilities twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, except for downtime occasioned by either (i) emergency maintenance or (ii) routine maintenance not to exceed two (2) hours each Sunday morning between the hours of 12 midnight and 5:00 a.m., and except for such programs and announcements prepared by and put on the air by Licensee in order to meet local needs and issues requirements, said programs and announcements not to exceed one (1) hour each Sunday morning at a mutually agreed upon time between the hours of 5:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. Broker shall not be entitled to a Credit for Programming not broadcast over the Stations for periods specified in this Section 7 hereof. To the extent practicable, any maintenance work affecting the operation of the Stations at full power shall be scheduled upon at least forty-eight (48) hours prior notice with the agreement of Broker, such agreement not to be unreasonably withheld.

Station Facilities. The Department will provide and maintain televisions, a minimum of three (3) cable boxes or the equivalent, DVD players, microwaves, and washers and dryers in each fire station. The Department will maintain existing equipment in stations and replace it when needed. The Department will notify the Union in writing if the Department determines that an item is obsolete. The Department will provide each fire suppression employee with one fitted sheet, one flat sheet, one pillow and pillow case, one blanket and two bath towels. Additional bath towels will be provided for each station. Employees will be responsible for the on-going care and maintenance of these items. The Department will continue to provide free parking for all on-duty employees.
Station Facilities. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, Licensee hereby agrees to make the facilities of the Station that are owned or leased by Licensee ("Licensee Station Facilities") available to Programmer twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days per week for operation and broadcast. Licensee shall perform reasonable and customary maintenance of all Licensee Station Facilities and equipment and in furtherance of its obligations to comply with applicable FCC rules, regulations and policies, and Licensee's obligations set forth in this Paragraph. Any downtime in the Licensee Station Facilities occasioned by any such maintenance shall not be deemed to be a default or violation by Licensee.
Station Facilities. 26.1 Living facilities shall be provided for those employees working, during their assigned shifts or tours of duty. Such facilities shall include: well-ventilated, air-conditioned and adequate sleeping quarters, showers, bathrooms, dining areas, study areas, kitchen, and lounge with color television. 26.2 At each station, one of the above listed areas may serve one or more of the listed functions described above. 26.3 In the event it becomes necessary for the District to modify or change any of the existing living facilities, it shall assure that the total living facilities of each station shall not be reduced below the equivalent of those existing, as of the effective date hereof. 26.4 Employees shall keep fire station or stations and all their quarters in well-maintained appearance. 26.5 All 24-hour employees will be furnished with full size lockers. 26.6 A Union desk / file cabinet, at the expense of the Union, will be allowed at one of the fire stations. All consideration will be given to placing this desk within the boundary of the living quarters as described above. 26.7 The District shall, without cost to the employees, provide adequate and safe parking facilities within reasonable distance of its owned or operated buildings and facilities.

Station Facilities. During the Term, the Owner will make the Stations’ television broadcasting transmission facilities available to the Broker for broadcast on the Stations of programs selected by the Broker in accordance with the terms and conditions hereof, and advertising/commercial announcements sold by the Broker, which may originate from the Stations’ studios, the Broker’s studios or from other sources contracted for by the Broker. In addition, the Owner will make available to the Broker, at no additional cost, during the Term, exclusive use (other than the Owner’s own use for the Stations pursuant to this Agreement) of all of the Owner’s studio and production facilities and other assets, for the Broker’s use in its activities with regard to the Stations pursuant to this Agreement.

Station Facilities. Between the date of this Agreement and the Effective Date, Licensee will expeditiously and without delay construct the Station facilities so as to be able to commence broadcasting with the facilities authorized by the Commission. Thereafter, the Licensee will, at all times, operate the Station in accordance with the authorizations issued to it by the Commission. Commencing on the Effective Date and throughout the term of this Agreement, Licensee shall make the Station time available to the Broker for operation with the maximum authorized facilities twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, except for: (i) downtime occasioned by routine maintenance not to exceed two hours each Sunday morning between the hours of 12 Midnight and 6:00 a.m.; (ii) up to three hours Sunday morning, during which time Licensee shall produce, at its own expense, public service programming designed to address the problems, needs, and issues relevant to the residents throughout the Station's listening area; and (iii) times which Broker's programs are not accepted or preempted by Licensee. Any maintenance work affecting the operation of the Station at full power shall be scheduled upon at least forty-eight hours prior notice with the agreement of the Broker, such agreement not to be unreasonably withheld. If the Station suffers loss or damage of any nature to its transmission facilities which results in the interruption of service or the inability of the Station to operate with its maximum authorized facilities, Licensee shall immediately notify Broker, and Licensee shall undertake such repairs as may be necessary to restore full-time operation of the Station with its maximum authorized facilities within seven days from the occurrence of such loss or damage. If such repairs are not made within seven (7) days, Broker may give Licensee twenty (20) days' notice of termination of this Agreement, and the Agreement shall terminate twenty days after such notice if the repairs are not made within the twenty-day period, and Broker shall have no further responsibility to make any payments pursuant to Section 2 of this Agreement, provided, however, that the Option in Section 18.1 shall survive for the Term.

Broker shall not be entitled to a credit for Programming not broadcast over the Stations for periods specified in this Section 7 hereof unless downtime for emergency maintenance exceeds twelve (12) hours at a given time or thirty-six (36) hours during a given month, in which event Broker shall receive a payment credit for Programming not broadcast consistent with the intent and pursuant to the terms of Section 2 hereof. To the extent practicable, any maintenance work affecting the operation of the Stations at full power shall be scheduled upon at least forty-eight (48) hours prior notice with the agreement of Broker, such agreement not to be unreasonably withheld.
