Common use of SUB-ADVISERS AND CONSULTANTS Clause in Contracts

SUB-ADVISERS AND CONSULTANTS. The Adviser may from time to time, in its discretion, delegate certain of its responsibilities under this Agreement to one or more qualified companies, each of which is registered under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, as amended, provided that the separate costs of employing such companies and of the companies themselves are borne by the Adviser and not by the Fund.
