Common use of Sub-Agreements Clause in Contracts

Sub-Agreements. i) All sub-agreements must contain the assurances of Rider B, Xxxxx D, and Rider I of this Agreement; ii) All sub-agreements must be signed and delivered to the Department’s Agreement Administrator within five (5) business days following the execution date of the sub-agreement. iii) See Rider B Section 5.
