SUB-CONTRACTOR. Section 1. The Employer shall not contract any work covered by this Agreement to be done at the site of construction, alterations, repairs or any new construction to any person, firm or company that does not have an existing labor agreement with the Union covering such work within the scope of this Agreement.
SUB-CONTRACTOR. The ‘Sub-contractor’ shall mean the person or company named in the contract for any part of the work or any person to whom any part of the contract has been sub-let by the Contractor with the consent in writing of the Purchaser and shall include his heirs, executors, administrators, representatives and assignees approved by the Purchaser.
SUB-CONTRACTOR. Any contractor hired by the Contractor or Supplier to furnish materials and services specified in this bid request. SUPPLIER – Same as Contractor.
SUB-CONTRACTOR. Attachment A - BCOE Template Contract for B2W Program understands and agrees that the maximum total payment amount is provided as an estimate. SUB-CONTRACTOR agrees that if funding from the State of California for any fiscal year is reduced or deleted by the Budget Act for purposes of this Program, BCOE shall have the option to terminate this Contract immediately with no liability occurring to BCOE, or offer a Contract amendment to SUB- CONTRACTOR to reflect the reduced amount. The BCOE shall provide written notice to SUB-CONTRACTOR upon learning that State of California funding will be so reduced or deleted.
SUB-CONTRACTOR. Those having a direct Contract with the Contractor. The term includes one who furnished material worked to a special design according to the Drawings or Specifications of this work, but does not include one who merely furnishes material not so worked.
SUB-CONTRACTOR. Without the prior written consent of WorkplaceNL, the Contractor shall not sub-contract any part of the Services, assign or transfer any interest, or delegate any responsibility arising out of this Agreement, to anyone other than the approved employees, officers, associates, or sub- contractors of the Contractor in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. Prior to approval of a sub-contractor, the Contractor must establish to the satisfaction of WorkplaceNL, that the sub-contractor also meets the requirements of this Agreement.
SUB-CONTRACTOR. The Contractor shall not make subcontracts totaling an amount more than the percentage of the total Contract Price indicated to the right. Not to exceed 49% of the Contract Price PART H ARTICLE 21 RETAINAGE The Commissioner shall deduct and retain until the Substantial completion of the Work the percent value of the Work indicated to the right. SUB-CONTRACTOR. 7.1. The forwarding of orders by seca within the context of the activities specified in subsection 2 (1) sentence 2 requires the prior written and documented consent of the Client.
7.2. The Client shall be informed in advance about any further commissioning or replacement of sub-contractors and shall have the option of objecting to the subcontracting of the order.
7.3. In the case of subcontracting, seca is obliged to enter into appropriate and legally compliant contractual agreements and take control measures in order to ensure the data protection and data security of the Client's data, even with outsourced ancillary services. The sub-contractor is also subject to the duties listed under 3.
SUB-CONTRACTOR. A third-party contractor, engaged and qualified by the supplier or original contract acceptor to perform any part of the supplier’s or initial contract acceptor’s GMP obligations under the License, Supply, or Quality Agreements.

Section 2. This Agreement shall also apply to any work covered by this Agreement that is performed by a joint venture in which the Employer has an ownership interest and the Employer agrees on behalf of any such joint venture in which the Employer has an ownership interest that the joint venture will comply with the requirements of this Article.
