Sub-contractual Relationships and Delegation. If the MCOP’s responsibilities or services under this Agreement are delegated to any first tier, downstream, or related entity (collectively, the other entities are “FDR” and any such agreement with an FDR is the “FDR agreement”), the MCOP shall ensure it has a written agreement with the FDR to perform administrative services as defined below on the MCOP’s behalf.
