Common use of Sub-grantee Officials Clause in Contracts

Sub-grantee Officials. ‌ The Sub-grantee promises that no official, employee or agent of the Sub-grantee has any personal or financial interest and shall not acquire any interest, direct or indirect, which would conflict in any manner or degree with the performance of services required to be performed under this Contract. The Sub-grantee further promises that in the performance of this Contract no person having such interest will be employed.
