Common use of Sub-participations Clause in Contracts

Sub-participations. No Lender shall be required to notify any other party to this Agreement of a sub-participation of its rights and interests hereunder provided that nothing in this clause 20.8 gives any sub-participant any rights against any Borrower or the Guarantor. No Borrower shall be liable to pay any additional amounts under clause 12.2 or clause 13.3 arising as a direct consequence of any such sub-participation.

Sub-participations.
