Common use of Sub-Product Disposal Clause in Contracts

Sub-Product Disposal. In case that during the Petroleum Activities within the Contract Area, Sub- Products are obtained as part of the separation process of Hydrocarbons, the Contractor shall indicate in the corresponding work program the estimated volume of such Sub-Products and the methods in which they will be gathered, transported, stored, disposed, processed or marketed. Revenues and costs derived from the disposal or marketing of Sub-Products by the Contractor shall be subject to the provisions in Annexes 3 and 4.
