Common use of Sub-tier Supplier’s Obligations Clause in Contracts

Sub-tier Supplier’s Obligations. Supplier will ensure that all Sub-tier Suppliers have entered into signed, written agreements with Supplier obligating the Sub-tier Suppliers to undertake each action that is required of Sub-tier Suppliers by another provision of this Agreement, and to comply with the following provisions:
