Common use of Subagreement Provision Clause in Contracts

Subagreement Provision. Include the following provision in any subagreement it enters into with a private entity as defined above in section 4.g(2)(c) of this Master Agreement: 1. Engage in severe forms of trafficking in persons during the period of time that the Recipient’s Award is in effect, 2. Procure a commercial sex act during the period of time that the Recipient’s Award is in effect, or 3. Use forced labor in the performance of the Recipient’s Award or subagreements thereunder.
