Subaward Requirements. a. The Awardee is responsible for compliance with the procurement standards identified in Sections .40 through .48 of OMB Circular A-110. All subcontract actions of the Awardee shall be in accordance with the Awardee's procurement policies and procedures and must be consistent with any special conditions included in this Agreement.
