Subconsultant, Separate Consultant, or Subcontractor Responsibilities. Any agreements between the T&B Firm and a subconsultant, separate consultant, or subcontractor for work on the Project shall reflect the terms of this Agreement. To the extent the services are to be performed by the subconsultant, separate consultant, or subcontractor, that third party shall assume the obligations of the T&B Firm towards the Owner. The T&B Firm acknowledges that this does not relieve the T&B Firm from any of its duties under this Agreement.
