Subcontract Activity Report. Within ten (10) days after Notice from City requesting such a report, Manager shall provide to City: (a) statistical information (as described in the City’s “Subcontract Activity Report” form), including the amount of subcontracting provided by firms during the time period covered by the Subcontract Activity Report; and (b) an invoice from each Subcontractor listed in the Subcontract Activity Report.
