Subcontract Proposal. The Managing Contractor must, before entering into any subcontract for the performance by another person of Reimbursable Services, issue a document titled "Subcontract Proposal" to the Principal's Representative which sets out particulars of: (a) the work to be the subject of a proposed subcontract agreement; (b) the amount included for this work in the Target Budget and the Cost Plan referred to in subclause 3.8; and

Subcontract Proposal. The Contractor must: advise the Commonwealth and the Contract Administrator on (and obtain the consent of the Contract Administrator to) how the Reimbursable Work should be divided into packages for the purposes of facilitating the calling of tenders for Subcontractors; before inviting tenders for the performance of Reimbursable Work by Subcontractors, issue a document titled "Subcontract Proposal" to the Contract Administrator for approval which will set out particulars of: the part of the Reimbursable Work to be the subject of the tender; the amount included for this work in the Cost Plan; subject to clause 8.1(d), how the Contractor will ascertain the tender list for the part of the Reimbursable Work to be the subject of the tender, including: if an expression of interest process is to be used - details of the criteria (with weightings) for the assessment of each expression of interest; or if an expression of interest process is not to be used - details of, and justification for the manner in which the tender list will be established; the method of delivery for the work; if the Contractor proposes to enter into an Approved Subcontract Agreement based upon conditions of subcontract other than those contained in the Schedule of Collateral Documents, details of the proposed conditions of subcontract; and the proposed date for calling of tenders and for tender responses; subject to paragraph (d), for the purposes of paragraph (b)(iii), if the tender list is to be ascertained by an expression of interest process, do all things necessary to carry out the expression of interest process including: preparing and arranging advertising; preparing and distributing briefing documents; evaluating responses from prospective tenderers; and making a recommendation to the Contract Administrator for the purposes of clause 8.4(a); obtain the prior written approval of the Contract Administrator to all advertisements and briefing documents prior to requesting expressions of interest; and pay for all advertising (local, State, Territory and national) in respect of all expressions of interest. The Contractor will not be entitled to payment or reimbursement of any such costs by the Commonwealth (whether as Reimbursable Costs or otherwise).

  • Cost Proposal After the Approved Working Drawings are approved by Landlord and Tenant, Landlord shall provide Tenant with a cost proposal in accordance with the Approved Working Drawings, which cost proposal shall include, as nearly as possible, the cost of all TI Allowance Items to be incurred by Tenant in connection with the construction of the Tenant Improvements (the "Cost Proposal"). Landlord does not guaranty the accuracy of the Cost Proposal. Notwithstanding the foregoing, portions of the cost of the Tenant Improvements may be delivered to Tenant as such portions of the Tenant Improvements are priced by Contractor (on an individual item-by-item or trade-by-trade basis), even before the Approved Working Drawings are completed (the "Partial Cost Proposal"). Tenant shall either (i) approve and deliver the Cost Proposal to Landlord within five (5) business days of the receipt of the same (or, as to a Partial Cost Proposal, within two (2) business days of receipt of the same), or (ii) notify Landlord within five (5) business days after Tenant's receipt of the Cost Proposal (or Partial Cost Proposal, as the case may be) that Tenant desires to revise the Approved Working Drawings to reduce the amount of the Cost Proposal (or Partial Cost Proposal, as the case may be), in which case such changes shall be made to the Approved Working Drawings only in accordance with Section 2.7 above and the revised Working Drawings shall be provided to the Contractor for repricing whereupon Landlord shall revise the Cost Proposal (or Partial Cost Proposal, as the case may be) for Tenant's approval. This procedure shall be repeated until the Cost Proposal (or Partial Cost Proposal, as the case may be) is approved by Tenant. The date by which Tenant has approved the Cost Proposal, or the last Partial Cost Proposal, as the case may be, shall be known hereafter as the "Cost Proposal Delivery Date." The total of all Partial Cost Proposals, if any, shall be known as the Cost Proposal.

  • Proposal Proposal means any information supplied by or on behalf of the insured, deemed to be a completed proposal form and medical questionnaire and other relevant information that the insurer may require.

  • Subcontractor Any vendor, subcontractor or other Person that is not responsible for the overall servicing (as “servicing” is commonly understood by participants in the mortgage-backed securities market) of Mortgage Loans but performs one or more discrete functions identified in Item 1122(d) of Regulation AB with respect to Mortgage Loans under the direction or authority of the Servicer or a Subservicer.
