Common use of Subcontract Provisions Clause in Contracts

Subcontract Provisions. Contractor shall cause appropriate provisions to be inserted in all subcontracts relative to the Work, to bind Subcontractors, Sub-subcontractors and Suppliers to Contractor by the terms of the Contract Documents insofar as applicable to the Work of Subcontractors, Sub-subcontractors and Suppliers and to give Contractor the same power with respect to terminating any subcontract that Owner may exercise over Contractor under any provisions of the Contract Documents. Contractor shall require all Subcontractors, Sub-subcontractors and Suppliers to be bound by the Contract Documents.
