Common use of Subcontract Provisions Clause in Contracts

Subrecipient will include the provisions of Paragraphs 22(A), Civil Rights, and 22(B), Affirmative Action, in every subcontract, specifically or by reference, so that such provisions will be binding upon each of its own subgrantees or subcontractors. Subrecipient will also include the entire section 3 Clause above in every subcontract so that such provisions will be binding upon each of its own subgrantees or (sub)contractors.
