SUBCONTRACT WORK. 40.1 The Company will review future subcontracted work. Only that work that is economically, delivery and quality feasible to the satisfaction of the Company will be subcontracted. Work that already is subcontracted will be reviewed to these same parameters. In an effort to maintain an open line of communication, the Company and the Union committee will meet once a quarter to review the status of subcontracted work in the machine shop.
SUBCONTRACT WORK. The Employer agrees it will not subcontract work performed by Guild members to non- Guild personnel without the written agreement of the Guild. As of ratification of this contract, the Guild agrees that pre-employment background investigations may be contracted to outside vendors at the discretion of the Chief.
SUBCONTRACT WORK a. Subcontractor agrees to furnish all labor, supervision, safety protection, insurance, materials, fixtures, equipment, tools, supplies, other property and services necessary to perform and complete in a good and workmanlike manner and in strict compliance with the Subcontract Documents, including but not limited to all of the work and services (herein termed “Subcontract Work”) described in the Scope of Subcontract Work, Subcontractor pre-award meeting, and on the Exhibits identified below which are attached and incorporated as part of this Subcontract by reference: b. SUBCONTRACT WORK. The prerogative of the Employer to retain and exercise the management rights. contained in this Article shall be restricted only to the extent this Agreement specifically and expressly provides.
SUBCONTRACT WORK. Subcontractor agrees to furnish and pay for all labor, materials, equipment, services and everything necessary for completion of the Subcontract Work in accordance with the Contract Documents and the best standards of the construction industry in the city where the Project is located. The Subcontract Work includes items omitted from the Contract Documents if they are required by applicable laws, ordinances, codes, rules and regulations, if they are inferable from the intent of the Contract Documents or if they are necessary to produce the intended results. The Subcontract Work also includes any engineering, design services, or professional certifications specifically required by the Contract Documents or otherwise required for Subcontractor’s proper performance of the Subcontract Work. Subcontractor shall furnish all engineering, design services or professional certifications by qualified persons properly licensed where required by applicable law or the Contract Documents. Contractor shall be entitled to rely on the adequacy, accuracy and completeness of any designs, calculations and certifications furnished by or through Subcontractor. Contractor, or its designees, shall be the owner of all property rights relating to such engineering, design services and professional certifications. Subcontractor represents that the Contract Documents are sufficient to enable Subcontractor to complete the Subcontract Work for the Subcontract Sum on or before the Completion Date. Subcontractor shall not deviate from the Contract Documents or make substitutions without specific written approval by Contractor.

SUBCONTRACT WORK. The Subcontractor shall furnish all of the labor, materials, plans, equipment, supplies, services and other items (including but not limited to competent supervision, shop drawings, samples, tools, protection, hoisting and scaffolding) as necessary for the proper performance of the Subcontract Work, as set forth in Exhibit A, attached hereto.
SUBCONTRACT WORK. Subcontractor shall provide the Services at the Premises as set forth on an individual proposal, statement of work or work order as may be mutually executed by the parties from time to time (each a “Work Order”, “Subcontract”, or the “Work”). Subcontractor shall perform the Services as defined in each Work Order pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, with each of such Services at the named Premises in such Work Order hereinafter referred to as a “Project.”
