The SubRecipient shall identify his anticipated Goal accomplishments, expressed in terms of percentages of planned subcontracting dollars, for the use of Section 3 business concerns as subcontracts. ii. A statement of the total dollars to be subcontracted, total dollars to be subcontracted to Section 3 business concerns for building trades work, and total dollars to be subcontracted to Section 3 business concerns for other than building trades work. iii. A description of the method used to develop the goals and the efforts to be undertaken by the contractor to meet the goal including the extent to which the preferences for Section 3 business concerns in 24 CFR 135.36 will be applied.
