Subcontracting Opportunities i. The SubRecipient shall identify his anticipated Goal accomplishments, expressed in terms of percentages of planned subcontracting dollars, for the use of Section 3 business concerns as subcontracts.
ii. A statement of the total dollars to be subcontracted, total dollars to be subcontracted to Section 3 business concerns for building trades work, and total dollars to be subcontracted to Section 3 business concerns for other than building trades work.
iii. A description of the method used to develop the goals and the efforts to be undertaken by the contractor to meet the goal including the extent to which the preferences for Section 3 business concerns in 24 CFR 135.36 will be applied.
Subcontracting Opportunities. If Partner has entered into ICE MT’s master services agreement (“MSA”), ICE MT may, in its sole discretion, select Partner to act as ICE MT’s subcontractor to provide certain professional services related to ICE MT products and offerings to customers and prospective customers. Partner is not obligated to accept a subcontracting opportunity offered by ICE MT.
Subcontracting Opportunities. Should Sprint become subject to federal government reporting requirements as a prime contractor or subcontractor, Supplier agrees to use commercially reasonable efforts to make an accounting, upon request, of dollars that are subcontracted to firms that are Small Businesses, Small Disadvantaged Businesses, or Women-Owned Businesses under Small Business Administration regulations.
