Subcontractor and Material Supplier Review. The CM, based upon review of the Contract Documents, any past experience and reasonable inquiry, shall participate in investigating any Subcontractor or Material Supplier proposed by any Contractor and recommend approval or disapproval in accordance with the General Conditions.
