Common use of Subcontractor Changes Clause in Contracts

Subcontractor Changes. The Service Provider shall not change any Subcontractor without the prior written approval of the City. The City may from time to time, where it reasonably believes performance to the Standard of Work is not being met by any Subcontractor(s), request changes to the Service Provider’s Subcontractors, and the Service Provider shall comply with any such request.
