Common use of Subcontractor Clause in Contracts

Subcontractor. A contractor and/or supplier who is under contract with Developer or with any other subcontractor, regardless of tier, to perform a portion of the Work of the Project.

Subcontractor. Subcontractor. A contractor and/or supplier person or entity other than a materialman or laborer who enters into a Contract with Total Program Manager for the performance of any part of Total Program Manager's Work. The term "Subcontractor" is under contract with Developer referred to throughout the Construction Contract Documents as if singular in number and means a Subcontractor or with any other subcontractor, regardless of tier, to perform a portion an authorized representative of the Work Subcontractor. The term "Subcontractor" does not include a separate contractor or subcontractors of the Projecta separate contractor.

Subcontractor. A contractor and/or supplier who is under An individual or entity having a direct contract with Developer CONTRACTOR or with any other subcontractor, regardless Subcontractor for the performance of tier, to perform a portion part of the Work of at the ProjectSite.

A contractor and/or supplier who is under contract with Developer This term shall mean a person or with any other subcontractor, regardless of tier, entity hired or retained by the Contractor to perform a portion various tasks included within the Scope of Work, or who contracts with another Subcontractor to perform various tasks included within the Scope of Work. The Contractor shall not be relieved of any obligations and/or performance under the terms of the Work Contract by its use of a Subcontractor to perform any part of the ProjectScope of Work.

Subcontractor.
