Common use of Subcontractor Clause in Contracts

Subcontractor. A contractor and/or supplier who is under contract with Developer or with any other subcontractor, regardless of tier, to perform a portion of the Work of the Project.

Subcontractor. Subcontractor. A contractor and/or supplier who is under contract with the Developer or with any other subcontractor, regardless of tier, to perform a portion of the Work of the Project.

A contractor and/or supplier “Subcontractor” means a Person who is under contract has contracted with Developer the Provider for the performance of all or with any other subcontractora part of the work, regardless of tier, Services or Deliverables which the Provider has contracted to perform a portion of under the Work of the ProjectContract.

Subcontractor. A contractor and/or supplier who is under contract with Developer Subcontractor means any person or with any other subcontractor, regardless of tier, entity retained by Project Manager to perform a portion of the Work pursuant to Section 2.5, including without limitation, the Design Engineer, any other consultant, trade contractors, and suppliers of materials and equipment for the Project.

Subcontractor. A contractor and/or supplier Subcontractor" is a person or organization who is under has a direct contract with Developer or with any other subcontractor, regardless of tier, the Contractor to perform a portion any of the Work work at the site or to furnish material worked to a special design according to plans and specifications of this work. The term "subcontractor" also includes sub-subcontractors performing work at the Projectsite or furnishing specially designed material for the work, who have only an indirect relationship to the Contractor.

Subcontractor. A contractor and/or supplier who is under An individual or entity other than a Supplier having a direct contract with Developer Design/Builder or with any other subcontractor, regardless Subcontractor for the performance of tier, to perform a portion part of the Work of the ProjectWork.
