Subcontractors; Recordkeeping. Vendor shall, and shall require all of its Subcontractors to, keep all records, file all reports and otherwise comply with all federal, state and local laws and regulations applicable to the Services including, without limitation, the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1939, Executive Order No. 11246 governing equal employment opportunity, and all other laws and Executive Orders and pertinent rules and regulations adopted there under applicable to vendors of the U.S. government.
