Common use of Subcontractors Clause in Contracts

Each subcontractor must comply fully Insurance coverage provided by subcontractors instead of the Contractor as evidence of compliance with the insurance requirements of this Agreement shall be subject to all insurance of the requirements stated herein. Failure of any subcontractor to comply with insurance requirements does not limit Contractor’s liability or responsibility.

Subcontractors. Subject to Section 20.1, the Contractor shall include all subcontractors as insureds under all required insurance policies.
