Subcontracts and Other Assignments. (a) Except as otherwise authorized in this Section, FIRM shall not subcontract with any other person or firm to perform any part of the services required by this Agreement without the prior consent of the City Engineer. All such subcontracts or any other assignments of FIRM’s obligations under this Agreement without the consent of the City Engineer will be null and void and of no effect whatsoever.
